COVID Safety

We've got you covered at Underbelly Festival - your safety is our number one priority.

We are open until September 26.

Underbelly Festival has been designed with all government guidelines in place - we have outdoor bars and food trucks, plus a completely flexible Spiegeltent. Our customers', staff's, and artists' safety is always front of mind.

Underbelly has been awarded the Visit England ‘We’re Good to Go’ Industry Standard mark.

Here's what we're doing to help keep everyone safe, and what you can do to help. These are in line with Government advice and the requirements of local health authorities.

Test and Trace
Everyone entering the Festival will have the option of checking in with the NHS Test and Trace app.

Distance
You will be encouraged to continue social distancing when moving around the event site

Food and Drink Service
From July 19, the festival bars will be opening up for orders. We will also continue to run table service via the QR code at your table.

Ticket holders will be able to purchase drinks at the Spiegeltent Bar before you head into the show. We recommend arriving early to beat the queue.

Food will be available to take-away.

We will be operating at cashless site.

For tickets purchased online, e-tickets are preferred. As required, tickets are available to be collected at the Box Office.

Face Masks
Staff will continue to wear face masks and customers will be encourgaged to do so where necessary.

Hand Sanitiser
Please regularly use the hand sanitising stations throughout the site

Social Distancing in Venues
Where possible, shows in the Spiegeltent will continue to be socially distanced, however as government guidelines now dictates we will be increasing our capacity post July 19.

Cleaning
We will have increased cleaning and sanitation of all areas throughout the festival

Feeling Unwell with COVID-19 symptoms?
If you test positive for COVID-19 or are required to isolate due to close contact with a COVID-19 infected individual or are requested to do so by the NHS Track and Trace app, do not come to site.

If this happens to you, please email boxoffice@underbelly.co.uk and we will organise an exchange for another show in the festival!
