Kurbside Kitchen was established in 2015 with a very simple mission: take a fast food classic like the humble hotdog and make it the best that it can possibly be. The ultimate legend of the street-food world, our hotdogs stay true to their humble origins while pushing the notion of toppings (and the limit of what you can fit in your mouth) to the absolute max. Piled high with a variety of slow-cooked meats or non-meats, sauces and garnishes, each hotdog has its origins in the legacy of hotdog makers before us, and each one is hand-built with a little Kurbside Kitchen flare.
